Kittens Pippa and Stormy

As I mentioned in my previous post, I have been kitten sitting for some friends of mine over the last week. I also kitty sat for them a couple of weekend's ago and spent some of my free time taking photos of their new kittens.
Because I took so many photos, I have had to be very brutal with the editing and deleting. Only those photos that really bring out the character of the kittens, made me go awwwwww and made me laugh have made it to the final cut. And even fewer were chosen for this blog!
Pippa and Stormy are brother and sister bought from Bath Cats and Dog's Home. They are about 10 weeks old I think and very cute but also very mischievous as they explore their new environment. I have lost count of the times I have had to say "no" to them. But when they have some good clean non-destroying fun it's great to be there to watch and photograph them.
Already both cats are different characters. Pippa is shy and quiet, scared of new people and not too keen on being cuddled but she also loves tearing around the house, jumping on the furniture, catching her fish-on-a-string and of course sleeping in the sun! Stormy, Pippa's brother, on the other hand is bold and doesn't mind meowing to get attention. He absolutely loves speeding around the house, pouncing on anything that moves, playing with his fluffy green thing, attacking his sister and pretty much being a nuisance, except when he sleeps... then he's cute. He also doesn't mind being cuddled and has a purr to rival the sound of a London house when a bus stops outside it! They are adorable little kittens and have a very loving home. And just to make it even more confusing... Stormy is the ginger kitten not the tabby.

There was a mosquito on the other side of the glass...

Pippa sometimes gets bored with chasing mosquitoes and other random things and would much rather go after her brother's tail...

But there are consequences...

My watch making light on the wall for the kittens to chase...

I think they got a bit tired of me pointing the noisy black thing at them so Pippa did what she does best and hid her face!
